Interruption of internet, power, or other utility services affecting product performance.
8.1 Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
8.2 Orders are shipped through third-party logistics providers under their respective terms and conditions.
8.3 Risk of loss passes to the User upon delivery to the address provided.
9.1 Nalin IT may cancel orders at its discretion and refund the payment.
9.2 Returns and exchanges must comply with the policies in the FAQs. Certain electronic items may be non-returnable once opened, due to security and warranty requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nalin IT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the product in question.
