RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We take the utmost care in sourcing and providing high-quality IT products and accessories, and your total satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you.
If you are unhappy with the specifications, compatibility, or any non-functional aspect of the product you have selected, we would be happy to exchange it for a different model or variant of the same product type, subject to availability.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we unfortunately cannot exchange items such as software licenses, opened printer cartridges/toners, or any product that has been unsealed and used. We hope you understand.
If you need to exchange a product, please send us an email at orders@nit.lk within 2 days of receiving your package, and we will do our best to expedite the exchange.
Please ensure that all products being exchanged have the original product tag (if any), serial number stickers, and packaging intact.
Courier charges for pick-up and delivery will have to be borne by you, but we will do our best to minimize this cost.
We are committed to ensuring the highest quality standards for our products, and if for some reason the product you have received is defective or faulty, we will take full responsibility and will accept a return.
Please initiate the return process by sending us an email at orders@nit.lk within 14 days of receiving your package, and we will arrange a courier pick-up for the product to be returned. We will confirm acceptance of the return in writing once we complete a quality and functionality check at our warehouse.
Please ensure that all products being returned have the original product tag (if any), serial number stickers, and packaging intact.
The return process will usually take 7 to 14 days, but we will always do our best to expedite the process and keep you informed.
Once your return is accepted, you will be notified in writing. This will typically take 7 to 14 days.
Your refund will then be credited to your bank account or credit card account within 5 days of you being notified.
Ensuring product quality is our responsibility, and you will receive a full refund of all charges—including product, handling, and courier charges—except for the return courier charges.
